Product Introduction:

This is a new filter material,which is sintered together with one layer perforated plate(304 or 316L) and several layers of plain or twilled woven wire mesh to form a very strong yet tractable plate.

It is suitable for a variety of applications which require fine filtration and high pressure.

The layer and mesh number is decided by the working condition and application,the thickness of perforated sheet and the the type of perforations can also be customized.

It enjoys the advantages of higher mechanical strength, better backwash efficiency and lower pressure drop loss,due to the special structure of pressure resistant framework and filtering mesh by sintering together.
